HOW VOLUNTEERS HELP SMITH
One of the most special things about Smith is how dedicated community members volunteer their time to help us accomplish many of the tasks that are essential to maintain our facility and support our programs and events. In the past, volunteers have helped us with the following:
- Planting and erosion control projects
- Engaging with families at our annual events
- Assisting with on-site programs including Story Time and Crafts
- Weeding, mulching, landscaping and general maintenance
- Preparing our Annual Appeal bulk mailing
