Kids’ Birthday Parties
Having a birthday party at Smith is an experience your child will never forget. Birthday parties are held throughout the year on weekends. Smith has up to three available rental spaces and several time slots depending on the season. Our rental spaces range in cost from $150-$275.

Group Visits
Smith is a wonderful site for your next group visit. Children ages 10 and younger may play in the Playground, and children ages 5 and younger may play in the Playhouse. Reservations are REQUIRED for groups of 8 or more children and range in price from $25-$100. Groups include daycare centers, pre-schools, head start classes, elementary schools and informal parents groups and meetups. Groups who arrive without a prior reservation will be charged an additional walk-in fee of $25 if the time-slot is not already full.

Weekend Family Playdates
Smith is a wonderful site for your next weekend meetup. Children ages 10 and younger may play in the Playground, and children ages 5 and younger may play in the Playhouse. Weekend groups include, church groups, informal parents’ groups, family or friends reunions etc. over 8 children. Private Event Rentals
Smith’s charming historic mansion transforms beautifully from a space for kids to a unique setting for adult celebrations. Located minutes from Center City Philadelphia, just off Kelly Drive, Smith is nestled among the beautiful trees and expansive lawns of Fairmount Park. Rates begin at $750 and vary depending on hours, season, and spaces used. Discounts are offered to non-profit organizations.
