Having a birthday party at Smith is an experience your child will never forget! A 2-hour birthday party can be booked in a variety party spaces in the Playground or Playhouse.
Group Visits

Private Group Visits (Mondays)
Smith is now booking Monday group visits for school, church, non-profit, and other community groups to enjoy the 6.5 acre Playground when we are closed to the public. Only one group will be scheduled per time slot. Time slots are now being booked for a special $200/hour rate (2 hour minimum). Smith is not providing additional discounts at this time. Non-Private Group Visits (Tuesday through Sunday)
Smith requires a small admission fee for groups of 11 or more. Book a non-private group visit during our regular visiting hours at the link below!
Private Event Rentals

Smith’s charming historic mansion transforms beautifully from a space for kids to a unique setting for adult celebrations. Located minutes from Center City Philadelphia, just off Kelly Drive, Smith is nestled among the beautiful trees and expansive lawns of Fairmount Park. Rates vary depending on hours, season, and spaces used. Discounts are offered to non-profit organizations.
